Are you in the San Diego area and riding up to Julian, CA or Ramona, CA? If so, add in Wildcat Canyon Road to your trip. This road is just over 12 miles and takes you through the Barona Indian Reservation. The road has a few tight turns and moderate sweepers. I give this road a 2/5 in terms of difficulty. The roadway has been repaved in some sections which provide maximum grip. There are however some rough patches you’ll need to be mindful of as big rigs pass through and cause havoc on the pavement. This road is highly traveled though and depending on what time to you go, traffic might hold you up a bit.
