The Moonshine Store is a destination for a hamburger about 10 miles outside of Casey, Illinois. It is a turn of the century general store out in the farm fields. The saying goes, “If you’ve never been to Moonshine, you are just a motorcycle owner not a motorcycle rider.” There was a ride called The Moonshine Lunch Run that ran from 2004 to 2018. It was started by a local farmer who went online and invited people to come have a hamburger and go for a ride. This is nostalgia and good clean fun. Casey offers a motel and KOA as well as Richard’s Farmhouse Restaurant, the home of the world’s largest pitch fork. Casey is famous for “Big things in a small town” and has a great world’s largest collection to see.

Great Food

5.0/ 5

The food is great but if you have not ordered your food by 1230 you are out of luck. The grill gets shut off at 1230 regardless of how many people are in line.
