Lawson Valley Road is a great experience for those who want to manage some technical curves and work on their canyon carving technique. This road provides an area with minimal traffic and is a great compliment if you are going to ride Lyons Valley Road and Highway 94. I would rate this road a 3.5/5 difficulty based on its sharp corners. This is another road that some riders like to do over and over again in one session. The roadway is well maintained and provides excellent grip on a warm summer day. This is a short ride, only 5.8 miles, but will provide you with much needed feedback on your cornering comfort level.
